NANCY DAVIDSON

Executive Director

Nancy joined Living Beauty in 2016 after nearly three decades in nonprofit management. After graduating from the University of Redlands, Nancy started working in the corporate world, but quickly realized she had a passion for nonprofit work. She started her nonprofit career as the Executive Director of Escalon School, a nonpublic school for emotionally disturbed children in Altadena. Her next stop was as the E.D. for Friends of CASA Los Angeles, supporting the work of Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) volunteers working with children in foster care.

After 12 years at the helm of CASA, Nancy left to start a nonprofit consulting firm so that she could spend more time focusing on the needs of her growing children. Eight years later, she has had the opportunity to work with a number of both large and small nonprofits, assisting them in fundraising, strategic planning, board development and event planning.

Nancy is excited to bring her nonprofit experience and passion to Living Beauty. “Helping people and empowering others to change their lives is what brings me joy,” Nancy said. “I am moved by the stories of the women at Living Beauty and by the dedication of the staff and volunteers.”

Nancy and her husband Jim have two grown children – Courtney and Chris.
