Work with usExecutive Director
Nancy joined Living Beauty in 2016 after nearly three decades in nonprofit management. She began her nonprofit career as the Executive Director of Escalon School and then led Friends of CASA Los Angeles. After 12 years at CASA, Nancy started a nonprofit consulting firm, working with various organizations on fundraising and strategic planning. In 2016, she met Living Beauty Founder Amie Satchu and fell in love with the organization. Under her leadership, Living Beauty now serves nearly 1,800 women with cancer nationwide. Nancy and her husband Jim have two grown children, Courtney and Chris.
Assistant Executive Director
Ariana began her work with Living Beauty after she and her mother volunteered at a wellness retreat. Inspired by the organization’s mission and values, she took on various volunteer projects while working for the founder’s beauty company. This led to her becoming Outreach Coordinator in 2013. Ariana studied Finance at California State University, Los Angeles, and is also a singer in a band. She is passionate about Living Beauty’s work and looks forward to new challenges in the nonprofit world.
Program Director
Raised by vegetarian hippies who grew their own food and traveled in a VW bus, Indyra is no stranger to the holistic lifestyle. Her career interests have always been in the healing arts, including roles as a doula, childbirth educator, massage therapist, and elementary school counselor. As Program Director for Living Beauty, Indyra helps women connect mind, body, and spiritual growth. She balances work with motherhood and her own practice, while exploring music, art, and meditation. Indyra feels blessed to help others thrive while living a life of fulfillment and passion.
Assistant Program Director
Mariella started her journey with Living Beauty as a summer intern while she was studying Sociology and Women’s and Gender Studies at Drew University in New Jersey. After spending three months working with the team, she gained invaluable experience and became very passionate about the unique Living Beauty mission. She began working full-time with Living Beauty in 2019 and is now the Assistant Program Director helping to create, plan and execute programming for the amazing women the organization serves. Mariella has a passion for advocating for women's health and is proud to use her role at Living Beauty to connect women with wellness.
Director of Development and Communications
With over a decade of expertise in fundraising, development, and marketing, Kelli is dedicated to driving organizational growth and community engagement. She has a proven track record in executing high-impact fundraising initiatives, managing teams, and building relationships with donors and corporate partners. Previously, Kelli served as Director of Advancement and Stewardship at the Rose Bowl Legacy Foundation, leading major fundraising projects like the Rose Bowl Stadium’s 100th Birthday Celebration, which surpassed its $1 million goal. Kelli holds an MA in Kinesiology with a focus on Sport Management and a BA in Liberal Studies. She is passionate about Living Beauty’s mission and committed to supporting its dynamic team. Kelli and her husband Beau, share a blended family of four; her sons Tanner, Tyler, and Parker, and Beau’s daughter, Sawyer.
Administrative Assistant
With a lifelong interest in healing, personal growth, and women’s wellbeing, Elizabeth brings a deeply human-centered approach to her role at Living Beauty. Elizabeth’s academic background in gender studies and her experience in supportive, wellness-focused environments shaped her understanding of how powerful it can be when women are given space to feel seen, heard, and empowered, and these values guide her daily work. Elizabeth is currently training to become a somatic healing practitioner, deepening her ability to support others through practices that honor the connection between the body, emotions, and personal resilience. Elizabeth is grateful to be part of an organization whose mission so closely mirrors her own values. She carries that alignment into every interaction with the women Living Beauty serves—holding compassion at the center and honoring each woman’s unique story with care.
